Standard Shipping within Australia:
Delivered to your nominated address within 3-5 business days. -
Express Shipping within Australia:
Delivered to your nominated address within 1-3 business days. -
Standard Air Mail to New Zealand:
Delivered to your nominated address within 7-10 business days subject to Customs clearance.
NB: Deliveries outside of metropolitan areas may take longer than guidelines above.

Delivery Details
- Deliveries are made by Australia Post (or Australia Post affiliates and contractors) between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays.
- Handling (packaging of goods) on all orders is free of charge. Fragile items, such as bottles and jars are wrapped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
- All deliveries (unless requested) are automatically shipped with an ‘authority to leave’ status. This means more convenience for you if you aren't available to accept the order personally. However, if a driver, at his or her discretion, decides that it is not safe to leave an order, it will be taken to the nearest post office and a note left advising you to collect your order from there.
- Please note, to make things easy we offer delivey to any legal address, so you may wish to nominate your work address if that's more convenient for you.
- If an item is out of stock a member of the Benfatti team will contact you (via phone or email) with the option to either amend or cancel your order, or upon your request, have your order fulfilled at the first opportunity.
- Orders heavier than 20 kg may be subject to non-standard delivery charges - If this is the case a member of the Benfatti team will contact you to discuss shipping arrangements to suit your needs.
