We encourage you to experience pasta of exceptional quality, pasta made the old fashioned way, the way it should be - by hand. Traditional Italian hand made pasta is rare to find, even in Italy, but here at Benfatti we take pride in upholding this fine art and offer you only the very best hand made artisanal pasta, dried slowly and prepared with durum wheat semolina, water and salt. Hand made artisanal pasta has a subtle aromatic flavour and is rough in texture which allows the sauce to cling to it. But beware, once you experience the difference, you may never settle for lesser quality pasta again!
